The current haks are located in the downloads section of the forums. You will also find listed amoung them the cep 2.4 and the updater for 1.69. If you choose not to use the links on teh forums they are provided below.
Also please note that the cep updater has been broken for some time and that the cep team member needed to fix it has been m.i.a. for nearly a year since his comp went down according to info found on the cep forums. trying to run the updater will corrupt your cep and the only way to fix this is to delete all of the cep files and re-download them.
Cep has been posted in our Download section of the forums you can get it there, as well as the 1.69 updater, and all current required haks for the server
