Within Sensual and within the gates of Sensual near the town hall, a table is placed with a quill and an ink well. Beside these is two pieces of paper, one is a message, the other is a page full of lines that can be filled in, the first line has already been filled in.
On this list I require the names of all those that reside within each order of the Hand. If you are unable to write or read, find some one that may place your name on this list.
This list only has to be filled out by those that explore the lands outside Kinmoku mountains so as not to have it be too long. I thank you for your cooperation in this.
I am doing this so that I may have a more accurate list of those that learn from the Orders. It will not be used for anything other than that.
