Mission statements of the college:

-The primary mission that this institution takes upon its standard is to properly educate, train, and develop students of the arcane to raise them up for the success of not only themselves but of the entirety of Ssviah and the Valsharess.

-The school shall proliferate the study, knowledge of, and exploration of the core school of necromancy; in its most true, pure, and most impartial of forms.

-The school will seek to help its students grow and develop in a rounded fashion, so as to maximize their potential in the arcane arts and in general seek to achieve a balance of mind, body and spirit.

Regulations on Accessible Materials

-I. Students are encourage to seek supplementary texts for self-study and improvement of understanding. However if a student wishes to acquire a text which has been acknowledged as restricted, then a student should seek to apply for access with their instructor. Seeking access to such texts should be accompanied with a significant and justified reason which will be taken into account along with said student's performance and personal history. Students accessing texts of this nature without permission or exceptions risk serious punishment, directly based on the nature of the text in question.

-II. In necromantic studies students are expected to supply their own cadavers for reanimation and study, and the corpse of any rightfully gained (as defined by the laws of Ssviah) is acceptable. Students who cannot access such materials may seek help from the school in acquiring such through Menial work. Note: students who attempt to steal, coerce, or sequester a fellow student's cadavers will be seen as in violation of the first precept.

Precepts of The School

- I. Under no circumstance may a student attempt to falsely present their abilities or efforts: in research, or in presentation of skills.

-II. When inside the school, or during a lesson, students are to be judged not only my the school but by their peers based on their talents, effort, and ability alone.

-III. A student is allowed freedom to research whatever they desire. However, they are exclusively responsible for the actions and consequences of their creations, summons, spells, and rituals and will receive the consequence of their action indisputably; be the result a punishment or praise.

Punishments of The School

Below are a list of the potential punishments, the exact punishments however will ultimately be determined by the nature, severity, and intent behind the action which one is being punished for.

-Menial work. A student will be punished by having duties such as cleaning of the alchemy stations, cleaning, sorting, or similar duty of labor.

-Indenture. Given a offense which of significant severity, especially intended for situations where students have been unduely rebellious, volatile in temperament, or the blaring disregard for harm to instructors, peers, or bystanders. The punishment shall be of a fixed term where the student in question is to be temporarily placed in the custody of the school to work without magic as an aide or servant. At the end of the period their offence will be reviewed and it will be determined if they have properly considered the consequences of their habits or tendancies which led to the situation.

-Sealing of magic. Given irresponsibility of a student leading to a breach of the precepts or an excessive risk of unneeded danger a student will have their ability to perform magic sealed to a limited or complete degree, during which they will engage in study of arcane theory until they have adequately repeated the basics of arcane practice to ensure their foundations of study are secure.

-Stratification. The most severe of punishment. A student, instructor, or similar who is found to be dangerous to the college and Ssviah by either hostility [of action or plan], or lack of control over a dangerous level of power shall be sealed within a given material then warded and placed as a warning to all of not only the dangers of threatening Ssviah, but the risks of the art of arcane.
