"The reality of the situation is becoming more and more morbid, over the years the number of potential enemies has increased instead of decreasing.

Nothing, no action was done with the vampire case… except empty speculations. Many of the local population could wonder why are we so helpless. Unfortunate but as it always seems everything is left in the hands of few exceptional units that if show any interest at a given moment then will resolve the problems for us.

It is the duty of the city to protect its inhabitants by all cost, for they elected each one who sits in the council and by that law we must ensure their welfare no matter the cost. While the investigation on the Golems is under way, and once resolved with the potent amounts stored in the city, it is only wise to strike back at those leaches and return the favor, we must stand tall for our passivity is a sign of weakness they will exploit.

Diplomatic arrangements with Silverhedge on this issue are the key to success for mutual benefit. If the activity of those who dare to strike us does not cease … assuming we have any fleet operational for transport, we must recruit both guards as well as the previously mentioned individuals and explain the definition of war to our enemies … wiping them all out… permanently, for there is no discussion or mercy for murderers who mock our very existance.”
