I thought id begin sorting my character to be out and fleshing out all their info, but when i was reviewing the languages i noticed draconic was missing. Being that my char is to be a wizard i thought it a little odd that the language which they would use to cast magic didn't seem a allowed language :3 Which leaves me with;
* Is draconic not used (and another language fills its purpose)
* Is draconic used, but not as a conversational type language
Some other language questions would be;
* Could a wizard/scholar learn Latin
* As a wizard (halfling) of 18 int, would i acquire Halfling/Common/Arcane(draconic) as my starting languages and then get a additional 4 languages?

Its listed as Dragons only though, does that mean it isnt used here as the language of arcane arts?
And still these;
